Job Description:
LPN to Provide general nursing care to residents at the center Work under the immediate supervision of the Director of Nursing Assist the physician with rounds & physical examinations Prepare & administer medications both controlled & non-controlled & treatments as ordered by physician Must be available to work alternating weekends
Qualifications:
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination BLS or CPR certified LPN license and proof of completion of an approved course in medication administration.
