ProMedica Fostoria Community Hospital has a part time Respiratory Care Asistant/Nights position available. Fostoria Hospital is a 25-bed, acute-care Critical Access Hospital serving the residents of Fostoria and surrounding communities. Patients at Fostoria Community Hospital have access to state-of-the-art diagnostic, emergency and surgical facilities, as well as general medical care and inpatient intensive care. The Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) will be competent to care for patients of all ages to include infants, children, adolescents, adult and geriatric population. They will frequently make independent decisions regarding modification of therapy in accordance with clinical practice guidelines, policies and procedures. The RRT must be committed to providing patients and families with a positive experience through compassionate care and excellent service, safely and efficiently.
Job Requirements
A graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy program and maintain credential as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
Must be licensed to render respiratory care services in Ohio
Must hold BLS certification
ACLS, NRP, and PALS certifications are recommended
Membership in the American Association of Respiratory Care and other professional organizations is encouraged

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
